Redwire is not an individual, but a team of leaders. Our staff is highly qualified, trained and personable. The dynamics of the team, and the different personalities represented, are what makes Redwire so unique.


Accounting & Administration


Tim Johnson

president, founder & general manager

After years of working in both traditional and contemporary churches, Tim has built a brand that is able to service any size venue or need.  Tim was approached several times to help design audio visual systems, and Redwire AV was birthed out of that in the spring of 2014.

In his spare time, Tim enjoys woodworking and hanging with his family.  He is a husband to Krissy, and father to Henry, James, and Alice.  



Stephen roberts

operating officer

As Operating Officer, Stephen gives his time to developing our people, cultivating our culture, and shaping our systems and processes. Previously, Stephen served as a pastor and administrative support for the Acts 29 US Southeast church planting network.  He is a graduate of Blue Mountain College and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.

He lives in Olive Branch with his wife, Shana, and four sons: Jude, Micah, Amos, and Ezra.  He spends his spare time hanging with his family, neighbors, watching his kids play sports. 



Tara Lewis

Financial Controller

After working in accounting for almost 20 years, Tara Lewis is joining the Redwire AV team as our Financial Controller.  She loves numbers and problem solving.  She is married to David, has two girls, Caroline and Kate, and a dog named Benny.  In her free time, she enjoys doing Crossfit, traveling, hiking, and reading.



Caleb sigler

marketing & design

Caleb has worked in design and marketing for over a decade, and is passionate about seeing businesses and non-profits become the best version of themselves. He lives in Midtown, Memphis with his wife Casey and two little girls (Gwen & Evie) where they love to play music and eat good food.

Hannah has a B.S. in Recording Technology (MTSU) and a Master’s in Urban Education (Union University).  She manages social media for Redwire AV and assists in designing promotional material.

She is a wife to David, mom to three silly girls, and enjoys live music.


Integration Team


kevin Carroll

client relationship manager

Kevin comes to us with over 7 years of experience in the audio visual industry. He cut his teeth at PSAV, beginning as a Sales Coordinator and later on becoming the Director of Event Technology. 

Kevin is married to Katie and they have a little girl named Ruby.  In his free time, he likes to play guitar and sing. 



Jonathon started his career in live production at the age of 18.  He gained valuable experience while working in the industry and touring, opening doors not only to learn about the gear and the concepts, but also the people.  One of his passions is uniting people with a tangible, finished product that had only been a vision before.

Jonathon enjoys cooking, fishing, and anything outdoors related.

Charles started working as a full-time audio engineer at the age of 19. He has experience with AV design and scenic design.  He toured and played as a musician as well. 

He is a husband to Edith, father to River, and a sound engineer and drummer on the weekends.




lead project manager

Philip graduated from the Fogelman College of Business and Economics at the University of Memphis.  He spent almost 6 years working for a nonprofit in Louisiana that works with underserved children and youth with behavioral and mental health issues. 

As the project manager, Philip helps take the project from the planning contracting phase, through integration, all the way to completion.  He works with the director of integration and the purchasing manager to ensure we have all the personnel and supplies needed to complete each project. 

Philip married his best friend, Katie. 7 years ago.  They have two boys with a third on the way.  He enjoys fishing and playing with his sons.



Steve Tammi

project manager 

Steve was born in Oregon, raised in Wisconsin, moved south and started his career in Memphis as a surveyor for a civil engineering firm in Memphis.  Later on, while at Smith and Nephew, he used his creativity and CAD skills to design orthopedic implants and instrumentation, obtaining three US patents for the work he accomplished there.  In addition he had careers in IT as a programmer and web developer during the 16 years he spent with Smith & Nephew. 

For the last 10 years, Steve has predominantly worked freelance in the camera department in the digital cinema industry.  He has worked numerous commercials, music videos, corporate projects and movies including, I Am PotentialGrace CardIndivisibleSun Studios, and Brian Banks.

Steve has a wife and three college-age kids.  In his free time you typically finding him doing something soccer related.

Stephen has a Bachelor’s in Business Admin (Auburn Univ) and a Master’s in Theological and Biblical Studies (Dallas Theological Seminary).  He works directly with our clients to discover solutions to their AV needs, acts as their liaison during the installation process, and provides support through ongoing partnerships with them.  He is married to Jamie.

Jim attended the University of Akron, in Ohio.  He went on to study computer programming and later attended Union University, where he studied organizational leadership. 

He loves cooking, gardening, and playing legos with his kids.  He also designs and runs lights for special events at several local churches.
